Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled developer to join our team, focusing on ETL development using IBM DataStage. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and be involved in the design, build, test, and deployment processes, while actively participating in Agile ceremonies and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core IBM DataStage ETL development experience for data movement, data quality, and data cleansing.
• Experience with ETL tools such as DataStage, Informatica, Oracle, and Teradata.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Business Users and Solution Architects.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) practices.
• Experience working with SAP packs and high data volumes.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Skills in performance tuning in DataStage/Informatica.
• Experience in conducting research and design prototyping.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Hands-on development role with responsibilities in design, build, test, and deployment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Line of Business for requirements.
• Troubleshoot ETL process failures and provide technical support for ETL-related issues.
• Prepare deployment packages and engage with technical stakeholders for CI/CD pipeline efficiency.
• Guide and influence teams on design and best practices for high code performance.
