ELS is hiring for the position of Data Administrative Analyst - Intern in Chicago, Illinois.

What you'll do:

The Summer Internship program is a full-time, paid opportunity that will run from May to August. As an Accounting Intern, you will report to an Accounting Manager and work in a collaborative, fast-paced company right in the heart of downtown Chicago. Our internship program is robust and you will be involved in meaningful projects that have a true impact upon the business. We also offer intern-specific activities, including lunch & learns, a group project and presentation to our executive team, networking opportunities and meet & greets with executives. Of course, our interns will also be a part of our summer company-wide social events!

Your job includes :

• The intern will review our permits and licenses within enterprise systems and capture specific info that would help us determine if AI can be used to simplify the renewal process
• Conduct research and internet searches of permitting authorities' websites
• Provide recommendations on where to consolidate the review process and improve processes
• Provide analysis on inconsistencies and significant variances
• Perform other internal projects as assigned
• Participate in a cross-functional group project

Experience & skills you need:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program with a focus on Business, Analysis, Compliance or Research.
• Minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0
• Demonstrated problem solving skills in customer focused environment
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is:

Hourly: $18.00 - $18.00

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
