We do 100% of our business through virtual sales (telephone and/or Zoom). Our average agent spends $1,000 to $1,500 per week on leads and writes $7,000 to $15,000 in premium. Responsibilities Utilize our trusted lead source to generate and qualify leads. Conduct virtual sales meetings via telephone or Zoom to close high‑premium policies. Maintain lead expenses within the $1,000–$1,500 weekly budget. Follow the proven training and sales system to achieve and exceed sales targets. Qualifications Strong communication and sales skills. Comfortable selling high‑premium insurance products. Self‑driven, self‑managed, and accustomed to system‑based workflows. Coachable and willing to engage in ongoing training.
