Job Summary
Omni Parking Miami is seeking professional, energetic, and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendants to join our growing hospitality team. As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles at one of our premier hotel locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in valet parking, hospitality, customer service, hotels, resorts, restaurants, transportation services, or luxury guest services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
Greet guests with professionalism and provide outstanding customer service.
Maintain clean and organized front drive and valet service areas.
Sweep entrance areas and keep walkways free of debris.
Remain visible and available to assist arriving and departing guests.
Assist with loading and unloading transportation vehicles as directed.
Accurately complete vehicle key management procedures.
Utilize key tags, valet tickets, log books, and tracking systems.
Follow all company safety and operational procedures.
Assist guests with directions and general property information when needed.
Requirements
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles.
Must pass a background check.
Must be able to communicate in basic English.
Ability to stand, walk, and run throughout an entire shift.
Ability to navigate ramps, stairs, and parking structures.
Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and major holidays.
Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous valet parking experience.
Hotel, restaurant, hospitality, guest services, or parking industry experience.
Experience driving luxury, exotic, and high-end vehicles.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
