Become part of an energetic team bringing Evermore Orlando Resort to life!Key Responsibilities:Respond to interior and exterior guest calls for service in a timely manner. Make repairs and/or provide service in order to achieve complete guest satisfaction.Greet all guests and fellow Team Members as you see them. Speak politely and assist them as needed, making sure to answer all questions and providing appropriate directions. Respond in a courteous manner to all questions, complaints, and/or requests to ensure complete satisfaction.Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all facilities and property of the resort including but not limited to: Guest accommodations, buildings, machinery, equipment, grounds, roadways, signage, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, electronics, painting, drywall, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and masonry.Operate with the property maintenance software program and properly updates essential information via the use of a smart device.Perform preventive maintenance as needed on all items listed above and keep accurate records.Complete maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders and/or electronic devicesRead and understand blueprints and schematic drawings.Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard free work environment.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of tools, supplies and equipment.Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.Effectively communicate the status of projects and/or other duties verbally and in writingPerform other duties as assigned.Education, Skills and Experience High school graduate or equivalent education is required.Vocational or technical training relating to expertise preferred.2+ years of resort maintenance experienceValid Florida Driver's License with acceptable driving recordMust be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.Attention to detail.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Capable of performing role in a busy work environmentCapable of working scheduled hours, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidaysProficient in the use of electronic devices and their applications such as cell phones and/or tabletsPhysical Requirements Able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, bend, and / or reach repeatedly.Able to safely lift 75 pounds and carry, pull, and push heavy objects and materials.Able to climb and work on ladders and scaffolding.Able to be on feet and moving around for entire shift.Able to perform all duties listed in this job description.Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.Evermore Culture At Evermore, our purpose is Togetherness, and our vision is to make a more together world possible.Through relational wellness, we cultivate an inclusive, people-first culture where collaboration, trust, and respect empower every Team Member to thrive.
