This role is deeply embedded in the manufacturing accounting function and will play a hands-on role in month-end close, inventory and cost accounting, fixed assets, and process improvement initiatives. The right person will be comfortable operating in a partially manual environment while helping move the organization toward more automated, scalable processes. Key Responsibilities Own and execute inventory, cost accounting, and fixed asset accounting for manufacturing operations Lead month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts related to inventory, production, and manufacturing costs Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing leadership Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards Assist with process improvements, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives Provide analysis and insights to support leadership decision-making Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 6+ years of accounting experience with strong exposure to manufacturing environments Deep experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, and fixed assets ERP experience required (manufacturing ERPs strongly preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally Comfortable in environments undergoing change and modernization Interested in hearing more?
