Position Overview:

Become a vital member of our team as a Sales and Customer Support Representative, where your primary goal will be to provide outstanding service and support to our valued customers. Engage actively with customers to understand their needs and offer customized solutions that enhance their shopping experience.

In this role, you will:

• Gain extensive knowledge about our product range using available resources.
• Deliver accurate information that enables successful sales of complete projects.
• Develop expertise in welcoming customers, qualifying their needs, recommending products, and effectively closing sales.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe shopping environment in your designated areas.
• Work collaboratively with your Department Supervisor and colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.
• Adhere to all safety policies and protocols to ensure a secure workplace.

This position may involve working across various departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. Potential opportunities in this role include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.

Compensation: $15.50 - $18.50
