Job Description

Position Purpose: As a Sales and Customer Support Representative at Home Depot, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your proactive engagement will help us understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Become knowledgeable about our wide selection of products and clearly communicate these offerings to customers.
• Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to make personalized recommendations that help them achieve their project goals.
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and welcoming shopping area to enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Department Supervisor and team members to foster a positive shopping environment.
• Adhere to safety policies and standards to ensure a safe workplace for yourself and others.

Specific store departments may include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. This role may also encompass responsibilities in Department Sales, Lead Generation, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialization, Special Services, and Customer Order Support.
