Position Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) – Agency & Permanent Placement Opportunities
Location: Multiple Locations Available Nationwide
Schedule: Various Shifts Available (Days, Nights, Rotating Weekends)
About the Opportunity:We are seeking dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapists (RRTs and CRTs) to join our team! We’re hiring for both agency/travel assignments and permanent placement positions across a variety of healthcare settings — including hospitals, clinics, and specialty care centers.

Responsibilities:Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess patients’ responses to therapy, adjusting treatments as needed.
Manage and operate ventilators and other life-support equipment.
Perform diagnostic tests, such as arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and pulmonary function testing.
Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and equipment use.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
Current RRT or CRT credential (NBRC certified).
Active and unrestricted state license (or eligibility for licensure in assignment location).
BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred (facility dependent).
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities.

Contract lengths typically range from 8 to 26 weeks for agency roles.
