You've got the recruiter DNA equal parts connector, closer, and consultant. But what if instead of just filling roles, you could build a brand, scale your impact, and recruit with the same level of infrastructure and strategy as a Fortune 500 firm?

We're looking for experienced, entrepreneurial recruiters to join our team as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This is more than a desk it's a launchpad. We're building a platform that amplifies you, equipping top recruiters with the tech, marketing, and operational support needed to scale results and elevate your personal brand.

You'll manage full-cycle placements while nurturing strong client partnerships. And with some of the highest commission rates in the industry, you'll be rewarded in direct proportion to the value you create.

What You'll Do

  • Own Full-Cycle Searches from intake through close.
  • Act as a Client Partner, understanding their hiring needs, pain points, and culture.
  • Source Strategically using our proprietary CRM/ATS, plus your own network and tools like our proprietary communications platform.
  • Leverage Our Platform to manage candidates, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and stay organized.
  • Prioritize Permanent Placements that create long-term value for clients and strong commissions for you.
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership as we elevate our brand and yours.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something long-term
