• Base pay: $28-$43 per hour
• Average total earnings: $50-$80 per service (including base rate + gratuity)

• Provide therapeutic massage services including Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal massage, sports massage, and other modalities
• Customize treatments using our signature Pressure Scale to meet individual client needs
• Maintain professional standards and deliver exceptional client experiences
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through outstanding service
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Required:

• Active Maryland Massage Therapy License (LMT)
• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Commitment to therapeutic massage standards

Preferred:

• Experience in therapeutic massage, deep tissue, prenatal massage, or specialized modalities
• Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
