Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time/flex-time experienced teacher with LBS1 certification to join our team! Our tutors assist students individually and in small groups and the supervisor would meet with them weekly and support their understanding of educational concepts, assignments, and how to prepare students for testing and academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 2-5 tutors working in the Chicago area to:
  • help students understand new concepts
  • assist students in preparing for tests and completing assignments
  • teach problem-solving skills
  • prepare supplemental lessons
  • communicate with parents and teachers

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Tutor is preferred
• Bachelors degree
• LBS1 certification required
• Patient, understanding, and reliable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check
