Overview

A private, discreet family in Noe Valley, CA is seeking a part-time education-focused nanny for their two children, ages 4 and 1.5. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and able to support the children’s academic development while maintaining a calm, structured, and respectful environment. This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who can seamlessly integrate into the household dynamic.

Part-time with guaranteed hours. Approximately 2 days per week, including 1 evening Thursday or Friday preferred from 1:30pm to 9:30pm, and one weekend day. The family is flexible with timing and days for a total of 16 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate childcare
• Support children’s educational growth and school-related needs
• Incorporate learning into daily routines through structured and engaging activities
• Maintain consistency with routines and expectations set by the family
• Work collaboratively with the current nanny

Qualifications

• Professional, reliable, and highly organized
• Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent
• Fun, playful, and self-aware
• Collaborative team-player
• Ability to travel and teaching experience would be a plus

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Trustline certified
• Legal to work in the U.S.

Salary and Benefits

The family is offering $40/hr.
