Tutoring of Bethesda has current openings for exceptional educators to provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring in the Bethesda and Chevy Chase, Maryland area.

- This is for private tutoring located in Bethesda, MD. Applicants must live in the Greater Bethesda, Kensington, Chevy Chase, or Silver Spring, MD areas. This is not a virtual tutoring position! ***
What You'll Do: - Provide individualized tutoring for grades 6-8 in core subjects
- Help students develop executive functioning and study skills
- Support homework completion and test preparation
- Build student confidence and academic independence
- Maintain regular communication with parents and our office about student progress
High-Demand Subject Areas: - Math: Pre-algebra, algebra concepts, geometry foundations
- English/Language Arts: Reading comprehension, writing skills, grammar
- Study Skills & Executive Functioning: Organization, time management, note-taking
- Science: Life science, earth science, physical science
- Test Prep: MCAP preparation, study strategies

Ideal Candidate: Required: - Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years teaching or tutoring experience
- Strong communication skills with students and parents
- Reliable transportation (for in-home sessions)

- Canvas and online portal experience
- Executive functioning coaching experience
