Blueline Security Services is seeking a reliable and professional Weekend Security Officer to provide safety and protection for a client location during evening and late-night hours. This is a part-time position ideal for someone looking to supplement income with consistent weekend hours.
Provide a visible security presence to deter unwanted behavior
Observe, report, and document all relevant activities during the shift
Conduct patrols (foot or stationary depending on the post)
Report incidents promptly to supervision or emergency services
Address and support client staff with security concerns
Follow all site-specific post orders and company policies
High school diploma, GED, or 5 years of verifiable experience
Must be at least 18 years old (21 for armed positions)
Must be reliable and punctual
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to remain alert and attentive during late-night hours
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Licensing requirements vary by state and must be met prior to employment
Prior security experience (not required - training provided)
Ability to operate radios, phones, and monitoring equipment
Strong attention to detail and accurate report writing
