Receptionist Position at Serene Gardens of Hartland

The Receptionist at Serene Gardens of Hartland is the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and callers. This role plays a crucial part in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet visitors and residents in a warm and welcoming manner
2. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail
4. Assist in scheduling appointments
5. Keep the reception area clean and organized
6. Maintain Visitor and Resident Sign In & Sign Out Logs
7. Comply with Residents' Rights policy and Community and Employee Policies and Procedures.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
