We are hiring professional, reliable, and experienced Unarmed Security Officers to join our evening shift at a dynamic residential community in Kendall, FL . Ideal candidates have strong communication and report-writing skills and are able to start immediately .
Schedule
Full-Time
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Work Days: Sunday through Wednesday
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a strong, professional security presence throughout the property
Patrol residential areas and monitor access points
Respond to incidents promptly and professionally
Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
Write clear, accurate, and detailed daily activity reports
Communicate effectively with management and emergency services
Requirements
Valid Florida Driver License (required)
Current Florida Class D Security License (required)
Security experience required
Excellent communication skills (English & Spanish required)
Strong report-writing skills
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Willing and able to start immediately
