Blackbird Interactive is seeking a technically minded UI Artist to join our team and continue developing a AAA Sci-fi action title. In this position, you’ll be working under the supervision of an Art Director and alongside UI engineers and system designers to create and implement new UI features. Responsibilities Collaborate with system designer and UI engineer to plan and execute on UI features Create high quality vector art under the direction of an Art Director Maintain a UI style consistent with the game’s established look and feel Create and implement UI deliverables such as mock ups, icons and flash animations using a proprietary engine Advocate, document and improve on existing UI pipelines and processes Work independently and self-manage in an agile production environment Requirements Minimum 4 years experience in game development as a UI artist Expert level experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Proficiency with Adobe Animate Detail oriented and comfortable with technically demanding pipeline Experience working closely with UI engineers to drive creation process Excellent communication skills Pluses Passion for immersive science fiction Experience with UX design Prior experience supporting live product $80,000 - $90,000 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr
