Job Title: Oncology Nursing Educator Profession: RN Specialty: Cancer Care Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 7.5 hours Experience: Two years of med/surg chemotherapy infusion experience is required. License: Client RN License Certifications: AHA BLS, Current ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy Certification, Current Oncology Nurse Certification Must-Have: - Chemotherapy certification is required - Must have preceptor experience Description: Develop, coordinate, and deliver evidence-based educational programs and competency validation for oncology nursing staff. Collaborate with nurse leadership, clinical specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to support orientation, professional development, and continuing education. Monitor compliance with oncology-specific regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards, including guidelines for chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification and competency requirements.
