Overview
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) position in Skowhegan, Maine. Start date 03/02/2026 for a 14-week travel-temporary assignment with local-only eligibility. Earn a weekly pay range of $1,037-$1,050 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 3x12 nights (18:00–06:30) in a skilled nursing facility setting. Responsibilities
- Provide direct basic and skilled nursing care to residents within the scope of an LPN license.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration and resident response per policy.
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and report to the supervising RN promptly.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide comfort measures as needed.
- Support wound care, dressing changes, and routine preventative care under supervision.
- Maintain accurate charting and participate in shift handoffs to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure safety and infection control.

Requirements
- Current LPN license to practice (state requirements apply; candidate must meet licensing requirements for the assignment location)
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (recommended for travel assignments)
- Ability to work nights and meet the demands of a 3x12 shift schedule
- Strong documentation and teamwork skills; ability to work within a licensed scope of practice
- Ability to pass required background check and drug screen
