Job Description

A-V Services Inc., a leading Audio/ Video company with multiple fortune 100 contracts within the financial, pharmaceutical and computing industries, seeks a skilled Administrative / Tech Writer / Threat Modelling Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to provide comprehensive documentation, threat modelling, and administrative support for engineering teams.

Objectives:

Ensure effective project management, clear technical documentation, and robust threat modelling to support the identification, mitigation, and resolution of CORE issues within engineering teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Coordinate meetings and manage project documentation.

· Develop technical documentation and operational guides.

· Identify and document security risks; support mitigation strategies.

· Track and resolve CORE (Critical Operations, Risk, and Engineering) issues

Job Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Technical Writing, or a related field

· Proven experience in technical writing, documentation, and administrative support

· Strong understanding of threat modelling and security risk identification

· Experience supporting engineering teams and managing project documentation

· Excellent organizational and project coordination skills

· Proficiency in developing technical documentation and operational guides

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Effective communication and collaboration skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

· Ability to track and resolve critical issues efficiently

· Familiarity with risk mitigation strategies and security best practices

· Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or technical writing certifications) are a plus
