Job is paid on commission. Most leads are supplied by the company.
Job Requirements:
1+ year experience in the swimming pool industry
1+ year of successful experience in fast-paced, top-level sales
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a drug test/have a clean background report
Pool Studio experience preferred
ProEdge experience is a plus

Job Compensation:
Uncapped commissions

Duties:
Conduct “Design Consultation” where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership.
After assessing customer needs and expectations, design and recommend a backyard pool, utilizing professional pool design software.
Conduct immediate and scheduled follow-up appointments.
Using a presentation binder, conduct a “design presentation” to present the company, provides differentiation, and explain the process of building a pool to customers.
Provide a completed contract packet to the business manager for approval.
Be present at Day of Dig and Day of Gunite, to walk customers and construction managers through job phases.
Build referral relationships.
Exceed customer expectations.
