Facility: McLane Children's Hospital- Temple, TX

Department: Forensics

Status: Full Time, hours will vary. Admin call required.

Job Summary

You are crucial as the Forensics (RN) Nurse Manager in creating a supportive, healthy space for staff. Your responsibilities include promoting top-tier nursing practices and ensuring a nurturing environment. You play a key role in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, and improvement efforts. Designing educational programs and providing nursing care is also essential.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is needed for this role.
  • A minimum of (3) three years' relevant experience is desired.
  • Registered Nurse
  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job.
  • SANE- A, SANE-P or CA-SANE, CP- SANE required.
