The ideal candidate will: The ideal candidate will lead Team Ships culture development and assessment, develop curriculum and deliver training, support command climate surveys and analyze results, support command and leadership off-sites, debrief leadership, and support and advise the Employee Engagement Committee. Required Education, Skills, and Experience: * Master's degree in management, business, or organizational strategy. * 5 years of strategic consulting provided within the federal government or DOD environment at the senior level. * Strong proficiency in speaking and writing in English. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Must be a US Citizen. * Candidate must hold an active SECRET clearance. Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience:: * 10 years of strategic consulting provided within the federal government or DOD environment at the senior level.
