Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Traveling Site-Based Position Full Time Ring Therapy Services | Southwest Florida At Ring Therapy Services, we do things a little differently. Our practice was built by a clinician with experience across schools, clinics, hospitals, private practice, and teletherapy, with the goal of creating a more meaningful, engaging career path that prioritizes relationships and prevents burnout from high-volume, back-to-back models. We primarily serve children in the early communication stage, with most of our caseload between ages 2–5, while still offering some variety with school-aged clients. Therapists travel between a small number of thoughtfully selected sites, creating a schedule that is both consistent and dynamic. As a private-pay practice, our families are highly involved and motivated, allowing for true collaboration and meaningful progress that carries over into daily life. This is a full-time, fully built caseload, so you can focus on therapy, relationships, and growth without the stress of building your schedule. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, play-based, child-led therapy in natural environments with a strong emphasis on functional outcomes and carryover. We believe in therapy the way it was intended, helping children make meaningful progress and graduate when appropriate, not remain in services long-term. What you will be doing • Provide play-based, child-led speech therapy to primarily children ages 2–5, with some opportunity to work with older clients • Travel between assigned sites throughout the week • Collaborate closely with teachers and families to support carryover • Provide parent education and guidance as part of your sessions • Complete documentation that is intentionally kept efficient and manageable • Communicate professionally and promptly with families and team members via text and email What we are looking for • A clinician who values connection, creativity, and relationship-building • Someone who enjoys working with young children and early language development • A therapist who is flexible, dependable, and comfortable working across settings • Strong communication skills with families, teachers, and team members • Experience with Google Suite including Google Drive, Docs, Gmail, and basic spreadsheets • Ability to maintain timely and professional communication, primarily via email and text Why Ring Therapy Services • A consistent full-time caseload without the stress of building your own schedule • Flexibility within your day while still having structure and support • A small, supportive team where your work is valued and collaboration is encouraged • The opportunity to do meaningful one-on-one therapy without burnout • Variety in settings and populations to keep your work engaging • A model that values outcomes and graduation, not long-term dependency • A family base that is engaged, responsive, and committed to progress Compensation and support • Competitive pay based on experience • Time spent on parent education, documentation, and communication is built into your rate • Paid training and onboarding • Potential for CEU reimbursement and contribution toward health insurance for the right candidate • Ongoing support and opportunities for growth within the company Position details • Full-time • Travel between sites in Southwest Florida • Primarily early communication caseload ages 2–5, with some older children If you are looking for a role where you can build meaningful relationships, grow as a clinician, and be part of a team that truly values the work being done, we would love to connect.
