Social Marketing Coordinator – Amazon MGM Studios Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video. In this role, you will assist with the execution of smart, inventive and highly creative social marketing campaigns for assigned titles as well as AOR platform‑specific strategies. You will help develop the social marketing strategies globally, setting a high‑bar for innovation, passion and operational excellence. You will contribute to social strategy, social creative development, social listening analytics, community management and social innovation including AR/VR and paid media social products for your assigned titles. Reporting directly into the Global Head of Social Strategy and PV US Social Brand, Studios, Audiences and Franchises for Amazon MGM Studios, you will collaborate across marketing globally, ensuring the highest standards for consistency and quality are maintained to drive viewership and attract new customers to Prime Video. We look for an individual with experience in social marketing campaigns who can build deep partnerships with global platform partners and has a deep knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and Discord. You will thrive in a startup environment where leaders act as owners, wear multiple hats and think both strategically and tactically— from developing strategy to execution. Key Responsibilities Support social marketing managers in developing strategies and executions for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, etc. Support the social marketing campaigns for all assigned titles. Contribute to the creation of breakthrough social marketing strategies that support and reinforce Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video’s position in the streaming marketplace, in keeping with the brand’s business and marketing strategy. Help develop creative, inventive social campaigns that inspire customers while driving awareness and viewership. Contribute strong strategic thinking to ideate and develop innovative, effective, and award‑winning social marketing experiences that drive customers to Amazon Prime Video. Raise the bar on social marketing strategies and tactics globally. Embrace performance data and refine future social marketing strategies based on insights. Contribute to campaign reviews and presentations. Think big and drive new ideas that lead to innovative social marketing programs/events for supporting launches. Proactively contribute to operational excellence, including policies, procedures and best practices. Business Acumen Proactively contribute to the social campaign management, producing work cost‑effectively and on schedule. Proactively solve problems, communicate to senior management, and make high‑quality judgment calls when ambiguity exists. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of professional (non‑internship) marketing experience. 2+ years of digital marketing experience. Bachelor’s degree, or experience driving internal cross‑team collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation. Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders. Experience in editorial for series or films. Benefits and Compensation Location: Culver City, CA. Base salary range: 70,400.00 – 103,400.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and location.
