Your Responsibilities

• Steer Full-Cycle Searches, managing everything from the initial intake to the final close.
• Act as a Trusted Client Partner, intimately understanding their hiring goals, obstacles, and workplace culture.
• Employ Strategic Sourcing, leveraging our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your unique network and tools like our specialized communication platform.
• Utilize Our Innovative Platform to effortlessly manage candidates, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that not only provide long-lasting benefits for clients but also reward you with significant commissions.

• Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training provided for ours)
• An entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations to build a long-term, sustainable practice
