PAY WILL DEPEND ON EXPERIENCE - WILLING TO TRAIN

Screen Pro Graphics is seeking a dependable, organized, and energetic individual to join our Management team (Screen Print Production Manager). Applicants should have excellent communication skills and have the ability to motivate a production team. This position requires the ability to work efficiently and effectively on your own, as well as exhibit exceptional attention to detail.

Specific responsibilities & Jobs skills needed:

1. Strong communication Skills – highly motivated and able to motivate others!
2. Possess the knowledge for process improvement
3. Quality Control and attention to detail
4. Ability to work with tight deadlines
5. Ability to follow specific instructions
6. Dependability and a Positive attitude
7. Organization and ability to multitask

Experience in screen printing or the printing industry is a HUGE advantage but not a requirement.

If you have a background in production and or management of a strong team this job is for you! We are always willing to train the right candidate if need be.
