This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being on active job sites, working directly with crews and supervisors, and helping turn safety expectations into real‑world execution. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our safety culture while supporting quality, production, and client confidence. What You’ll Do Conduct jobsite safety inspections, audits, incident investigations, and hazard assessments Support GMi, OSHA, client, and OCIP/CCIP safety compliance Track incidents, near misses, and corrective actions to closure Lead safety talks and deliver job‑specific safety training Support new‑hire safety orientations and ongoing field training Partner with superintendents and foremen to identify and resolve safety challenges What We’re Looking For Construction safety experience OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500 a strong plus Strong field presence with the ability to influence without authority Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently Clear communicator who earns respect in the field Why GMi Visible support from leadership Real influence on safety performance and safer job sites Opportunity to grow in a safety‑driven organization We look forward to hearing from you, but please understand that we will be contacting those who are applicable for the role.
