Experienced RV Sales Professional

Ancira RV in Boerne, TX is hiring experienced RV sales professionals to join our high-performing team. This is an immediate opening for motivated, career-driven individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a competitive sales environment.

Retail RV sales experience is preferred; however, experienced sales professionals are encouraged to apply. You'll be working alongside a knowledgeable, results-driven team committed to remaining a leader in the industry.

Motivated RV sales professionals average earnings well over $100,000 annually. Compensation is commission-based and commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the RV buying process from initial inquiry to final sale
• Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Maintain product knowledge of RV models, features, and financing options
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Ensure a professional, positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Accurately complete sales documentation and comply with dealership policies

Qualifications:

• Previous RV or motorhome sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass background evaluation and random drug testing
