Overview A large organization is hiring an Administrative Executive Assistant. The position is a Direct Hire/permanent placement. A remote work from home schedule is being offered. Responsibilities Supports the Senior VP and some upper management on projects as needed. Data entry, updating client information, and providing back up support to the accounting department (accounts receivable, accounts payable, and light bookkeeping). Assist with front end collections and answer phones when needed. Help on projects that involve the legal field, law firms, attorneys, paralegals, or support staff. Qualifications 1+ year of administrative experience. Strong organizational skills.
