• Arrange appointments between candidates and our expert recruiters for comprehensive screenings
• Follow up with candidates to maintain interest throughout their hiring journey
• Keep precise and timely records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate commissions based on the successful meetings you schedule, interviews conducted, and hires made from your leads
