4. Licensed in New Mexico — Active real estate license required.

What You’ll Do:

1. Convert warm leads into active buyers and sellers
2. Host open houses, show homes, and conduct buyer/seller consultations
3. Guide clients through every step from contract to closing
4. Build long-term relationships and referral networks
5. Stay informed on local market trends and community developments
6. Scale your business with mentorship, not guesswork

Compensation:

$48,000 to $196,000+ annually — 100% commission with bonus pay and performance incentives
