Business Formation & Operations
Contract preparation and review
Real estate development matters
Government approvals and permitting support
Residential & commercial real estate closings
Ownership transfers and business transitions
Business dissolutions and ongoing concerns

Ideal Candidate:
Real estate paralegal experience
Strong understanding of transactional documents and closing processes
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
