Real Estate Agent (Licensed) – Medford, MA | Up to 90% Commission | No Cap.

HFM Realty is actively hiring licensed real estate agents to work in Medford and the Greater Boston area. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want to grow their business while keeping more of their commission.

Job Type:

• Full-time / Part-time.
• Commission-based.
• Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up with buyer and seller leads.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• List and market residential properties.
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
• Stay current on Medford and Greater Boston market trends.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Real Estate License ( required ).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Medford / Greater Boston market (preferred).
• New and experienced agents welcome.

Compensation:

• Up to 90% commission split.
• No commission cap.
• No franchise fees.

Income Potential:
