The RN will complete comprehensive assessments, administer medications, monitor response to treatment, and ensure safety through therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques. Working collaboratively with psychiatrists, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team, the nurse will contribute to individualized treatment plans, patient and family education, and discharge planning.
