Seasonal Pool Attendant

Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans and Residences is looking for a Seasonal Pool Attendant to join our dynamic team. The pool attendant will provide guests with water, spritzing, towels, seating assistance, food and beverages. This position is a seasonal position. Candidates will be expected to work starting in March and ending in October 2026.

What You Will Do

• Provide guests with food and beverage, water, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.
• Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs.
• Pick-up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and towel stands
• Maintain the Pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean manner
• Use the hotel computer systems and phone system effectively
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts.

What You Bring

• High School Education or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors for continuous periods of time.

Schedule & Hours:

This is a seasonal, full-time position. Candidates must be able to work mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays. Employment is expected to end by October 31, 2026.
