Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC programs and control systems.
- Design and integrate HMI applications for operator interface.
- Configure and program industrial robots for various manufacturing tasks.
- Perform electrical and control system modifications and upgrades.
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize automation processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for PLC programs and control systems.
Recommended Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram programming.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA development and configuration.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
Bonus Qualifications - Experience with SCADA systems and HMI development.
- Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Experience with robotic integration.
