Marshfield Clinic – Archive is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join Marshfield Clinic Health System – Marshfield Children’s, a Wisconsin-based pediatric care provider within a large, integrated health system. In this role, you will provide safe, accurate, and evidence-based medication management for infants, children, and adolescents in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will collaborate closely with pediatricians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other members of multidisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy, prevent adverse drug events, and ensure a patient- and family-centered care experience. Working within our collaborative, patient-first culture, you will review and verify medication orders, perform clinical medication profile reviews, monitor therapeutic drug levels, and make dosing recommendations tailored to pediatric patients. You will counsel patients and families on proper medication use, side effects, and adherence strategies, supporting them in understanding and managing complex treatment regimens. You will also participate in antimicrobial stewardship, medication safety initiatives, and development of pediatric medication protocols and order sets. The Pharmacist will play an active role in interdisciplinary rounds, contribute to care planning, and serve as a resource on pediatric pharmacotherapy for providers, nurses, and other staff. You will help ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous quality improvement projects related to medication use. Opportunities exist to participate in clinical research, teaching, and precepting of pharmacy students and residents, reflecting our commitment to education, innovation, and continuous improvement. As part of an integrated health system with a strong regional presence across central and northern Wisconsin, you will have the opportunity to grow your career through exposure to a broad range of pediatric conditions and levels of acuity. Our environment emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and compassion, while supporting staff with education, wellness resources, and attention to work-life balance. This position is full-time, with a primarily on-site schedule in a hospital and clinic environment, and may include rotating shifts, weekends, and on-call coverage as needed to ensure continuous, high-quality care for our pediatric patients and their families.
