Paid Search Manager Full Time New York, NY, US 8 days ago Requisition ID: 1003 Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually About the Role The Paid Search & Site Optimization Manager will deploy digital initiatives that drive qualified traffic and continuously optimize the full user journey—from search engine results through on-site engagement and conversion. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and refining paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, while also identifying and executing site optimization opportunities to maximize efficiency and return on investment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. The manager will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align paid search strategies with overall business goals. They will oversee account structure, bid management, and keyword research to ensure campaigns meet or exceed performance targets. Ultimately, the Paid Search & Site Optimization Manager will play a critical role in expanding advertising tactics, generating qualified leads, and contributing to revenue growth through paid search channels and site optimization. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience managing paid search campaigns with demonstrated success in driving measurable results. Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other paid search platforms. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar for campaign analysis. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly. Preferred Qualifications Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications or equivalent industry certifications. Experience with performance max, AI max, demand gen, and retargeting strategies. Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house marketing environment with a focus on lead generation. Experience in home improvement services or related verticals. Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking and tagging. Experience using Optimizely or similar website optimization tools. Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, automation and ad copy creation. Responsibilities Develop, execute, and manage paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant channels. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign growth and optimization. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI and meet KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and analytics to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and data-driven decision making. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders. Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage. Manage and optimize landing pages in coordination with web development and design teams to improve conversion rates. Skills: The Paid Search & Site Optimization Manager will utilize analytical skills daily to interpret campaign data and identify trends that inform strategic adjustments. Proficiency in paid search platforms enables the manager to efficiently set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with internal teams and presenting insights to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
