As a Paid Media Strategist, you'll work with team members to drive high-level media strategy, focusing on pushing innovative approaches and staying on top of the latest industry trends and capabilities. In this role, you'll be the lead manager on select accounts (day-to-day account management and strategy), in addition to overseeing strategy on other paid media accounts (high-level strategic direction, but still client facing). With numerous perks, including hybrid in-office/remote work options designed to fit your needs, unlimited PTO, and free attendance to local marketing events, join this fun-loving team that occasionally talks Slack Smack.Paid Media Strategist ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the paid media department's ability to develop holistic multi channel media strategies across paid search, display, paid social, and other paid media channelsStay up to date on the latest paid media trends and capabilities, identifying which clients they apply to as well as laying out the steps for implementation not only for their own clients, but for all Paid Media clientsDevelop client-facing template documents for both educational and strategy purposesAssist in the development of high-level paid media strategy for new business pitchesTrain, manage and mentor junior-level paid media associates and interns. Includes reviewing deliverables and providing direction for secondary specialist on multi-lead accountsDevelop and maintain internal paid media resources to improve efficiency and streamline knowledge transfer and communication, such as partner databases and capabilities docsCreate and maintain relationships with media vendors and partnersBrainstorm initial strategies for new client on-boarding as well as assisting in Quarterly Business Reviews for marquee clientsDevelop and implement cross channel paid media strategies for clientsParticipate heavily in monthly industry update meetings, providing actionable recommendations for implementing new opportunities across clientsConduct extensive audience, keyword, placement, and platform research to help inform Paid Media strategies for Nebo clientsCollaborates with the intel, paid media, social, SEO and UXO teams to define direction and strategyCollaborates with designers and copywriters to develop consistent ad, messaging, and/or landing page experiencesComplete annual goalsTrain and continue to gain knowledge in all areas of practice and Nebo's processesPaid Media Strategist Required Skills1+ years experience in paid media, having developed strategy and executed campaigns across all digital paid media channels, including search, display, social, video, shopping, and native advertisingGoogle Ads Certified (including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Measurement)Google Analytics CertifiedMicrosoft Advertising certifiedExcellent research and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in Google Analytics, and Google Tag ManagerAbility to multitask and meet deadlines under pressureFacebook Blueprint certifiedClient facing and public speaking experienceExcellent research and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communications skillsProven ability to translate high-level client goals into paid media strategyExperience supporting Analysts with identifying tracking needs or issues along with troubleshooting of pixelsBachelor's Degree in area of practice or related field.SummaryLocation: Atlanta, GA, United StatesType: Full TimeExperience: Entry LevelDepartment: Paid Media
