You will work closely with our Service and Parts teams to address customer concerns, perform necessary repairs and maintenance, and help keep our customers enjoying the powersports products they love.Whether you already have experience in the powersports industry or bring related mechanical experience and a desire to grow your skills, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and producing quality work.We offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a work environment with opportunities to learn, grow, and build your career.The Performance Impact: Exceptional Team Passion Community Remember...a smile changes the delivery of everything.What You'll Do as a Motorsports Technician:Diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles and other powersports vehiclesAddress customer concerns through accurate diagnosis, repair, and quality controlPerform maintenance and repairs efficiently and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standardsComplete inspections and identify necessary maintenance, repairs, and safety concernsMaintain accurate documentation for timekeeping, work performed, inspections, repair recommendations, and communicationFollow repair orders and communicate additional service or repair needs to the Service AdvisorMaintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer technical information, service procedures, and technical bulletinsUse appropriate tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems to complete repairs accurately and efficientlyPerform quality checks to ensure repairs and services are completed correctlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaProperly care for dealership and customer equipment while it is being servicedWork collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts, and other dealership team members to provide an exceptional customer experienceAs a Performance Team Member, You Will:Put the customer and others firstAsk for help and give helpCreate smilesEngage and build relationshipsMaintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with othersQualifications:High school diploma or GEDPrevious powersports, motorcycle, small engine, automotive, or related mechanical experience preferredMechanical aptitude with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsAbility to perform detailed, accurate, and quality-focused workAbility to use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and other equipment necessary to perform repairsStrong attention to safety and proper repair proceduresAbility to read and follow repair procedures, service information, and manufacturer guidelinesManufacturer, technical school, or industry certifications preferredWillingness to participate in manufacturer training and continue developing technical skillsDependable, organized, and able to manage assigned work efficientlyAbility to safely lift, move, and maneuver motorcycles, powersports vehicles, parts, and equipment as neededValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
