Summary: This is a non-exempt position. Responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell.
Work Mode: Onsite
Responsibilities:
Perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device assemblies.
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
Assist in the training of new employees on manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing environment.
