Job Title: Marine Electrician Job Description
Join a dedicated team that supports the successful and safe operation of U.S. Naval Ships by providing cabling, equipment, and C5ISR system installations for the Navy and the Military. This role involves performing general manual labor to support this critical mission. This is a six-month contract-to-hire position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
ResponsibilitiesThis position offers an opportunity to contribute to a mission-critical project supporting the U.S. Navy. You will be part of a collaborative and safety-focused team that values the contributions of each member. The role provides room for growth and advancement, with the potential to expand into additional opportunities as the project progresses.
Work EnvironmentThe role is based at HII, offering a structured Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend work. It requires wearing PPE throughout the work shift and involves working in challenging conditions such as high heat spaces and kneeling positions for cable layout. The position demands physical endurance, with tasks requiring lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling weights throughout the shift.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
