Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) service operations.

In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC service projects, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Your expertise in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and field service management will drive the success of our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled team of technicians while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and technical excellence.

Duties

• Manage and supervise HVAC service technicians, ensuring timely completion of service calls and projects.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, mini split systems.
• Review schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans to guide installation and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards during all service activities.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and equipment repair histories.
• Assist in training team members on new technologies, safety procedures, and technical skills related to HVAC systems.
• Support property maintenance efforts by integrating HVAC solutions with overall building management strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related mechanical fields with a strong background in construction or property maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning, mini splits, heat pumps and furnaces.
• Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans accurately.
• Field service experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
• Valid Missouri driver’s license with a clean driving record  required ; experience operating driver vehicles preferred.

Work location is in Herculaneum MO and Service Manager, Installers and technicians will dispatch from there.

We offer salary plus commissions for each job brought in that turns into an install.
