General Labor –Manufacturing

Company: EasyPak

Industry: Plastic Manufacturing – Meal Prep Containers

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Overtime possible

Pay Rate: $16.90/hour

Position Overview:
EasyPak is hiring General Labor Packers for our night shift team. We manufacture plastic meal prep containers in a fast-paced production environment. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who can maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meet daily productivity and quality goals
• Follow all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Clear empty boxes and trash from work areas
• Assemble boxes for packing
• Pack finished plastic containers
• Palletize completed orders and pack-outs
• Place completed orders onto conveyor lines
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for 8–10 hours
• Stand for extended periods (8–10 hours)
• Perform repetitive tasks

Qualifications:

• Preferred: 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication skills
