General Pediatrician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $200000.00 - $220000.00

Build an outpatient pediatrics panel with a part-time 3-day workweek, light shared call, and no inpatient responsibilities. Opportunity Highlights

• Work in a collaborative, collegial clinic culture focused on improving workflows

• Build a stable, growing panel 
• Take light, evenly shared call with after-hours triage support 
• 3-day outpatient workweek with Monday-Friday clinic hours 
• Practice with advanced practice providers (APPs) at each clinic 
• Ramp up in 2-3 months with stable, growing patient volumes 
• See 18-22 patients per day across bread-and-butter pediatrics and higher-complexity pediatrics, including ADD/ADHD 
• Join CHKD Health System and collaborate with pediatric specialists across the region 
• Practice with no inpatient care required 
• Work in an NCQA-recognized patient-centered medical home 
• Bring strong charting, documentation, responsiveness, and communication skills to the role
