General Laborer - Janitor - Novi, Michigan
Contract position through July 26, 2026
Pay Rate: up to $18.00 per hour

Needs to have some carpentry experience.

Required Skill Set of the General Labor - Janitor position:
Perform carpentry-related tasks, including the disassembly of construction materials. The role requires the safe and effective use of hand and power tools such as hammers, drills, and nail guns. THIS IS NOT JUST A JANITORIAL ROLE.

Duties of the General Laborer - Janitor:
Duties required are as follows but not limited to within reason and management instruction.

• Cleaning of restrooms, spills following safe practice procedures, high and low traffic areas, and office spaces
• Wiping all glass windows and doors when required
• Trash removal and compacting throughout site operational areas
• Box break down when required
• Sweeps, Mops, vacuums

The ideal General Laborer - Janitor must possess:

• Must be committed to the work as described
• Must be available for weekend work when needed
• Must have evident of past cleaning experience - preferably in a manufacturing, hospital, or school setting shown on resume
