Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Flooring Sales Manager to drive business development and sales growth in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring or related building materials industries, with proven sales performance and industry network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the U.S. market
• Identify and expand new business opportunities within flooring and construction sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and key clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, supply chain) to support sales initiatives
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in flooring or building materials industry (mandatory)
• Strong network and customer resources within the U.S. flooring market preferred
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
