To be successful in this role, you must be: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or closely-related field. Within 18 months of graduating with a four-year degree. Able to work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term. Handle simultaneous priorities and deadlines and work towards job site efficiency. Compensation: The hourly wage is $20-$25/hour .
